NANCY HEINDL - artist


    An artist since childhood, Nancy likes to paint outdoors on  location in oils with a painting knife.  She paints landscapes in her  Potomac, MD neighborhood, in Bethesda and Rockville, MD, Washington, DC, and along the C & O Canal.  Her over 200 awards include first place and popular choice awards, best in show, and the Grumbacher Award for best use of the oils medium.  Over 1,000 of her paintings are in the U. S. and abroad.

Nancy's work may be seen at the Delaplaine Visual Arts and Education Center in Frederick, MD, and at the Arts Barn in Gaithersburg, MD.  Her paintings are frequently on display in local art shows and galleries.
